Minimum Job Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years restaurant kitchen operations experience.

* Proven track record and success managing in a multi-unit environment.

* Experience working in a full service, high volume restaurant.

* Combination of both front of the house and heart of the house management experience preferred.

* Proven track record in successfully training and developing people.

* Experience and proven track record in managing a budget, cost controls to increased revenue and profitability.


* Maintain quality and consistency.

* Drive operational performance.

* Set high standards and help teams achieve them.

* Work to cultivate our culture among staff.

* Work with ownership to determine department budget and achieve budget goals.

* Manage COGS and kitchen labor.

* Hire and train staff.

* Coach team toward knowledge of and adherence to all company standards and policies.

* Contribute to and execute seasonal menu updates.
