One of the busiest restaurant/bars in the Fremont neighborhood is looking for a Kitchen Manager. We treat our staff like family and reward performance. We run a steady menu, with occasional specials.
Duties include (but not limited to):
Inventory, ordering and price control
Menu and specials development
Scheduling, labor control, hiring/training/discipline of staff
Maintaining cleanliness/side-work/health code standards
Communication with front of house
Working the line, and prep.
We’re looking for someone who communicates effectively, manages stress well, and treats the people around them with respect, while expecting the same.
Pay salary DOE, with benefits and opportunities for commission.
